Some clients are ready for full autonomy, others need greater support and clarity, even if only at certain times.<\/p>\n<p>When coachability is high, we work in pure coaching mode with exploratory tools and powerful questions. When it is lower, we introduce elements of mentoring or training to restore awareness and basic skills. The goal is always to guide towards autonomy, respecting individual timing and resources.
