Era il 2008. Eravamo ad una cena post giornata fieristica, una giornata alquanto produttiva sia per l\u2019azienda che per il mio premio di fine anno. Ma mentre il premio va e viene i benefit, restano. Teoricamente, ma allora ancora non lo sapevo e nemmeno mi importava.<\/p>\n<p>Ero entrata da solo un anno in azienda e, nel giro di pochi, mesi avevo acquisito responsabilit\u00e0 sempre crescenti sino a divenire Global Sales Director. Un ruolo che ripagava il mio impegno e la mia passione. Nulla mi venne regalato.<\/p>\n<p>Sono trascorsi 16 anni.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, mentre nelle aziende entro come consulente aziendale e business coach, mi vengono poste, con una certa frequenza, due domande.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Come faccio a motivare un venditore con zero attitudine commerciale?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ho sottoscritto un premio di fine anno realisticamente raggiungibile ma ancora non performa e si lamenta di non avere gli strumenti adeguati.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Ecco vedi, \u00e8 sbagliato il benefit.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ogni volta che decidiamo di motivare qualcuno con un premio in denaro, che sia mensile o annuale, dovremmo prima chiederci se sia veramente la soluzione giusta per quel soggetto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il denaro, infatti, \u00e8 solo al 5\u00b0 posto della nostra ricerca rispetto alle motivazioni sul luogo di lavoro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sul podio continuiamo a trovare il <strong>benessere mentale, la flessibilit\u00e0 e la possibilit\u00e0 di apprendere nuove skill.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel 2008 ci\u00f2 che chiedevo e che poi ottenni, era un ufficio personale. All\u2019epoca lavoravo in un open space e negoziare al telefono con clienti di ogni parte del mondo non era affatto facile. La mia non era una richiesta capricciosa ma un riconoscimento legato all\u2019efficacia richiesta al mio ruolo. Un\u2019efficacia che volevo mantenere alta sia per rispetto nei confronti dell\u2019azienda che verso il mio senso di responsabilit\u00e0. Fu complicato farlo comprendere, non vi era cultura in tal senso ma venni ascoltata e questa fu, per me e per la cultura aziendale, una vera conquista.<\/p>\n<p>Cosa voglio dirti con questo breve articolo?<\/p>\n<p>Semplice: <strong>se vuoi motivare i tuoi venditori ,come anche ogni tuo collaboratore, inizia a fare le domande giuste e ad ascoltarne le risposte. Risparmierai denaro e costruirai un clima lavorativo migliore.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"cta-news aligncenter plr-10 pt-100 pb-100\"
