Ernest Hemingway<\/p>\n<p><strong>La fiducia si pu\u00f2 imparare<\/strong>. Questo \u00e8 un dato di fatto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8\u00a0come allenare un muscolo atrofizzato che prima ci rende deboli e affaticati e poi forti e resilienti. Solitamentefiducia\u00a0e\u00a0deleghe\u00a0sono tematiche calde\u202fin azienda, specialmente parlando della direzione:\u00a0se vuoi essere un buon leader devi averle.<\/p>\n<p>Quando si prova sfiducia verso una persona, si tende ad attribuirle l\u2019intera responsabilit\u00e0 e, di conseguenza, si attribuisce la macchia dell\u2019indegnit\u00e0 e dell\u2019incapacit\u00e0. La realt\u00e0, che nessuno vuole vedere, \u00e8\u00a0<strong>che se non ci fidiamo di una persona parte della responsabilit\u00e0 \u00e8 nostra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quasi sempre lo\u00a0stress \u00e8 generato da alcuni comportamenti tipici della sfiducia:\u00a0accentrare il lavoro, non delegare, correggere fino a cambiare totalmente il lavoro altrui e mancanza di comunicazione.<\/p>\n<p>La domanda da porsi \u00e8: \u201cSei sicuro\/a che il lavoro che assegnato ai tuoi collaboratori sia davvero scadente? Oppure hanno, semplicemente, un modo di lavorare diverso dal tuo?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Per lavorare bene\u00a0<strong>non possiamo fare tutto da soli, in molte cose dipendiamo da altri ed \u00e8 per questo che \u00e8 importante imparare a fidarsi.<\/strong>Avere il controllo su tutto non sempre funziona!<\/p>\n<p>Hai potuto scegliere la farina, il lievito, il tempo di lievitazione, la modalit\u00e0 di cottura, la conservazione e la modalit\u00e0 di trasporto della briosche che mi stai offrendo e che stai mangiando?\u202fNo, ma ti stai fidando di chi ha lavorato la farina, l\u2019ha infornata, trasportata e conservata prima che arrivassi tu al bar. Vorresti dire che quella briosche non era buonissima<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nel mondo del lavoro<strong>\u202fintegrazione<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>coesione, interdipendenza<\/strong><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>\u00a0e necessit\u00e0 reciproca<\/strong><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202fsono come quattro strumenti diversi, la fiducia \u00e8 la musica che permette loro di suonare insieme e avere un senso. Lo dice anche\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Drucker<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0il\u202fmanager deve essere prima di tutto essere un buon direttore d\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>orchestra<\/strong><strong>\u00a0che sappia ispirare fiducia.<\/strong><\/span><span necessit\u00e0 di controllo e di avere garanzie, ma in\u00a0un team\u00a0pi\u00f9 che spendere tempo ed energie per ricercare la certezza assoluta e la previsione pi\u00f9 precisa di successo, serve<strong>\u00a0imparare a\u00a0tollerare e accettare il rischio<\/strong>\u00a0anche se fa sentire vulnerabili.\u00a0In fondo, la fiducia non d\u00e0 mai garanzie \u2013 ma \u00e8
