class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>il coaching non funziona in azienda<\/b>, nei percorsi di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>business coaching<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>o di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>corporate coaching<\/b>, spesso si tende a dare la colpa allo strumento o al coach.<br \/>\n\u00c8 un equivoco diffuso, che sento spesso da HR manager e consulenti: se un percorso non \u201csfonda\u201d, allora il coaching non funziona oppure il professionista non \u00e8 quello giusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Nella mia esperienza con<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>manager, imprenditori e team leader<\/b>, il punto \u00e8 quasi sempre un altro:<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>manca il presupposto fondamentale perch\u00e9 il coaching funzioni davvero, la coachability<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">La coachability non \u00e8 un\u2019etichetta sulla persona.<br \/>\n\u00c8 una<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>condizione di lavoro<\/b>, fatta di disponibilit\u00e0 reale a mettersi in gioco, sperimentare tra una sessione e l\u2019altra, sbagliare, osservare cosa accade sul campo e tornare con<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>dati concreti<\/b>, non solo opinioni o sensazioni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cos\u2019\u00e8 la coachability (in parole semplici)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">La<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>coachability<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00e8 il ponte tra consapevolezza e azione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Essere coachable significa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>accogliere feedback senza mettersi sulla difensiva,<\/li>\n<li>trasformare gli insight in<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>azioni sperimentabili<\/b>, non in promesse,<\/li>\n<li>mantenere gli impegni presi,<\/li>\n<li>leggere ci\u00f2 che accade nella realt\u00e0 operativa,<\/li>\n<li>correggere la rotta in modo intenzionale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Non \u00e8 un tratto fisso della personalit\u00e0.<br \/>\nLa coachability<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>sale o scende<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>in base a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obiettivi,<\/li>\n<li>clima organizzativo,<\/li>\n<li>stile di leadership,<\/li>\n<li>fase professionale e personale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Proprio per questo<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>la coachability si pu\u00f2 progettare e allenare<\/b>, soprattutto nei contesti di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>coaching in azienda<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Perch\u00e9 la coachability \u00e8 cruciale nel business e nel corporate coaching<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Un individuo o un team coachable:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>riduce il tempo tra decisione e azione<\/b>,<\/li>\n<li>fa emergere prima i rischi (e quindi riduce i costi di correzione),<\/li>\n<li>alimenta feedback verso l\u2019alto,<\/li>\n<li>cresce in<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>autonomia responsabile<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">In pratica, la coachability \u00e8 un antidoto al micro\u2013controllo.<br \/>\nQuando le persone sono pronte a sperimentare con criterio, il leader pu\u00f2 passare dal \u201cfaccio io\u201d al<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>\u201ccreo le condizioni perch\u00e9 accada\u201d<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Due fattori sono determinanti nei percorsi di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>business coaching<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>corporate coaching<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\"><b>Sicurezza psicologica<\/b><br \/>\nSe dire \u201cnon so\u201d, \u201cnon sono d\u2019accordo\u201d o \u201cho sbagliato\u201d viene punito, la coachability crolla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\"><b>Mentalit\u00e0 di crescita<\/b><br \/>\nCredere che le competenze si possano sviluppare orienta alla ricerca di strategie, invece che alla protezione dello status quo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>I 10 driver della coachability nel coaching dinamico<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Nel mio approccio di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>coaching dinamico<\/b>, che integra coaching, mentoring e formazione quando serve, la coachability si osserva e si allena attraverso<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>10 driver operativi<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Responsabilit\u00e0<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 mantiene gli impegni e porta evidenze.<\/li>\n<li><b>Disponibilit\u00e0 al cambiamento<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 sperimenta prima di giudicare.<\/li>\n<li><b>Flessibilit\u00e0 cognitiva<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 rivede ipotesi alla luce dei dati.<\/li>\n<li><b>Autoconsapevolezza<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 conosce limiti e punti di forza, chiede aiuto in tempo.<\/li>\n<li><b>Impegno e motivazione<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 continuit\u00e0 tra una sessione e l\u2019altra.<\/li>\n<li><b>Reattivit\u00e0 al feedback<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 ascolta, riformula, testa una variante.<\/li>\n<li><b>Gestione delle emozioni<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 mantiene efficacia sotto pressione.<\/li>\n<li><b>Orientamento alla soluzione<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 dai problemi alle ipotesi di azione.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ascolto attivo<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 coglie bisogni e contesto, fa domande chiare.<\/li>\n<li><b>Proattivit\u00e0 nell\u2019apprendimento<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 cerca strumenti e documenta ci\u00f2 che funziona.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Questi driver<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>non giudicano la persona<\/b>: guidano il lavoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Se uno o pi\u00f9 driver sono bassi, non forzo \u201cpi\u00f9 coaching\u201d.<br \/>\nAdatto invece l\u2019intervento con<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>mentoring, formazione mirata e maggiore chiarezza di contesto<\/b>, finch\u00e9 torna possibile fare coaching tradizionale in modo efficace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Nel mondo aziendale, dove il tempo \u00e8 una risorsa critica, aspettare che la consapevolezza emerga da sola pu\u00f2 essere<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>utopistico e controproducente<\/b>.<br \/>\nIntegrare coaching, mentoring e training consente di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>accelerare il processo<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Come aumentare la coachability in azienda (senza magia)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">La coachability cresce quando il contesto \u00e8 progettato intenzionalmente. Alcune leve concrete:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Cornice chiara<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Perch\u00e9 questo obiettivo ora, con quali criteri valuteremo il successo, quali confini di autonomia esistono.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Micro\u2013esperimenti<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Passi brevi (2\u20134 settimane) con metriche essenziali; a fine ciclo: cosa tenere e cosa cambiare.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Feedback che costruisce<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Specifico, tempestivo, basato su comportamenti osservabili e collegato al passo successivo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Riconoscimento del progresso<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Non solo del risultato finale.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rituali di apprendimento<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">10 minuti a settimana su: obiettivo, realt\u00e0, cambiamento.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pillole di mentoring in sessione<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Per mostrare possibilit\u00e0 e modelli alternativi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Pillole di formazione mirata<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Quando mancano strumenti o competenze chiave.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quando il coaching in azienda non funziona davvero<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Un percorso di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>business coaching o corporate coaching in azienda<\/b><span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>produce poco se:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 imposto e vago (\u201cmi hanno mandato\u201d),<\/li>\n<li>la cultura organizzativa punisce l\u2019errore,<\/li>\n<li>la delega \u00e8 solo formale,<\/li>\n<li>le priorit\u00e0 cambiano di continuo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">In questi casi il coaching \u201cpuro\u201d fatica.<br \/>\nMa non \u00e8 un caso perso: \u00e8 un<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>non ancora<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Prima si lavora su<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>agibilit\u00e0, sicurezza psicologica e chiarezza<\/b>, poi si accelera sull\u2019execution.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>In sintesi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">La<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>coachability non \u00e8 un dono innato<\/b>, ma una<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>condizione progettuale<\/b>.<br \/>\nEsplorarla e renderla esplicita fin dall\u2019inizio di un percorso di<span class=\"oneComWebmail-Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>coaching in azienda<\/b>, anche attraverso strumenti di valutazione strutturati, prepara il terreno e rende il lavoro molto pi\u00f9 efficace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"oneComWebmail-colour\">Quando viene coltivata, il coaching diventa un moltiplicatore:<br \/>\n<b>pi\u00f9 azione, meno dipendenza, pi\u00f9
