Tutto vero ma incompleto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember853\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Perch\u00e9 una parte decisiva della leadership non vive nell\u2019organigramma. Vive nell\u2019impatto che generi sul contesto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember854\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Peter G. Northouse definisce la leadership come:<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"ember855\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__blockquote\"><p>\u201cUn processo attraverso il quale un individuo influenza un gruppo di individui per raggiungere un obiettivo comune.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"ember856\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">In questa definizione ci sono tre parole chiave: <strong>processo, influenza, obiettivo comune<\/strong>. Nessuna di queste \u00e8 un\u2019attivit\u00e0 puramente tecnica. Sono tutte responsabilit\u00e0 relazionali, culturali, sistemiche.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember857\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">E sono proprio queste le responsabilit\u00e0 invisibili del leader.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember858\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>La leadership non \u00e8 solo ci\u00f2 che fai. \u00c8 soprattutto ci\u00f2 che rendi possibile.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"ember859\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ogni giorno, che tu lo voglia o meno, contribuisci a creare un certo clima di lavoro. Quel clima condiziona:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>quanto le persone osano parlare<\/li>\n<li>quanto si assumono responsabilit\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>quanta energia mettono nel lavoro<\/li>\n<li>quanto restano o se ne vanno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember861\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Anche se nessuno ti ha mai detto esplicitamente che \u00e8 \u201ccompito tuo\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember862\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>Le principali responsabilit\u00e0 invisibili del leader<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 id=\"ember863\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>1. Dare senso al lavoro<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"ember864\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Le persone non lavorano solo per eseguire compiti. Lavorano meglio quando capiscono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>perch\u00e9 questo obiettivo conta<\/li>\n<li>per chi \u00e8 importante<\/li>\n<li>cosa cambia se viene raggiunto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember866\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Se il leader non costruisce senso, il lavoro diventa pura esecuzione. E l\u2019esecuzione senza senso, nel tempo, spegne.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember867\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>2. Influenzare la qualit\u00e0 delle conversazioni<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"ember868\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Non sei responsabile solo di <em>cosa<\/em> si decide. Sei responsabile anche di <em>come<\/em> si pu\u00f2 parlare.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c8 possibile dissentire?<\/li>\n<li>\u00c8 possibile fare domande?<\/li>\n<li>\u00c8 possibile portare problemi senza essere etichettati?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember870\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Quando la risposta implicita \u00e8 \u201cmeglio stare zitti\u201d, il team smette di pensare. E un team che non pensa, prima o poi, smette anche di performare.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember871\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>3. Rendere praticabile l\u2019autonomia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"ember872\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Molti leader dicono di volere persone autonome. Poi per\u00f2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>controllano ogni passaggio<\/li>\n<li>correggono tutto loro<\/li>\n<li>decidono anche ci\u00f2 che potrebbero delegare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember874\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">L\u2019autonomia non nasce dalle parole. Nasce da confini chiari, obiettivi chiari e fiducia operativa. Se non crei queste condizioni, stai educando dipendenza.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"ember875\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>4. Modellare il comportamento che ti aspetti<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p id=\"ember876\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Le persone osservano molto pi\u00f9 di quanto ascoltano. Se vuoi responsabilit\u00e0 ma scarichi colpe, se vuoi collaborazione ma lavori in solitaria, se vuoi apertura ma ti chiudi al feedback,<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember877\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">stai insegnando l\u2019opposto di ci\u00f2 che dici.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember878\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Anche questo \u00e8 leadership. Nel bene e nel male.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember879\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\"><strong>Puoi essere un ottimo specialista. Puoi essere molto competente tecnicamente. Puoi lavorare tantissimo. E allo stesso tempo generare un contesto che limita le persone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember880\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Secondo Northouse, la leadership \u00e8 un processo di influenza. Se le persone intorno a te diventano pi\u00f9 chiuse, pi\u00f9 passive, pi\u00f9 difensive, quell\u2019influenza sta andando in una direzione precisa. Pi\u00f9 di qualsiasi titolo.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember885\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>La buona notizia \u00e8 che queste responsabilit\u00e0 invisibili si possono allenare. Non sono talento innato. Sono competenze di leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember886\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">E quando inizi a lavorarci in modo intenzionale, cambia la qualit\u00e0 delle relazioni, delle decisioni e dei risultati. <strong>Perch\u00e9 la leadership, prima di essere un ruolo, \u00e8 una funzione di coordinamento delle persone verso un obiettivo
