The Inclusive Dynamic Coaching method.

The approach that adapts to the person.

Coaching, mentoring and training integrated for authentic and sustainable change over time.

Inclusive Dynamic Coaching arises from the awareness that each person approaches change with different timing, styles and levels of awareness. There is no single protocol that works for everyone: a flexible method is needed that can adapt to the specific reality of the person in front of us.

In Ellecubica’s training programmes and services, traditional coaching is integrated with elements of mentoring and training, always maintaining the centrality of the person and their goals. An approach that enhances potential without forcing, guiding towards concrete and lasting results.

Inclusive Dynamic Coaching considers relationships, roles, and environmental and cultural constraints that influence change, not just the individual in isolation.

It’s an approach that modulates the tools and techniques according to the state of readiness and competence of the coachee

The Inclusive Dynamic method generates new individual narratives and actions consistent with personal goals and values.

It combines coaching, mentoring and training while maintaining a focus on the client’s decision-making autonomy.

Inclusive Dynamic Coaching is the answer to a concrete need for effectiveness.

Many traditional coaching pathways stall when people do not yet have sufficient awareness of their starting point, struggle to recognise their real needs, or expect more explicit guidance from the coach than pure coaching can offer.

The Dynamic method was created to respond to this need: to integrate coaching with other tools when the context requires it, without losing the centrality of the person and their development. It does not mean “doing everything”, but acting with awareness and responsibility, calibrating the intervention to the coachee’s actual coachability, that is, their readiness to be coached, which we measure at Ellecubica.

An innovative approach that integrates three methodologies.

Coaching remains at the centre, strengthened by mentoring and training when they truly make a difference.

Inclusive Dynamic Coaching maintains coaching as the primary methodology (around 70% of the session) and integrates elements of mentoring to open up new perspectives and short training inputs to provide practical tools when necessary.

This flexibility makes it possible to unlock awareness and untapped potential in much less time, offering a complete and deeply transformative development path. It is a comprehensive method for understanding the complexity of the person within their real context, adapting to the challenges of the present.

The key themes of Inclusive Dynamic Coaching.

Three fundamental pillars that guide every intervention and give depth to the transformation process.

Motivation as an authentic dynamic force.

It is not fixed but can be listened to, reactivated, and redefined. We distinguish authentic motivation from that conditioned by external expectations in order to rediscover genuine drives.

Change as a complex personal process.

It is not a linear event but a journey that requires support, awareness and specific tools to be truly sustainable over time and aligned with the person’s values.

Internalised learned beliefs that influence identity and behaviour: recognising what has been learned from the family, cultural or social context makes it possible to choose what to retain and what to transform.

Coachability: the starting point that determines the approach.

Coachability is not only about assessing whether a person is ready for coaching, but also about understanding how best to support them. Some clients are ready for full autonomy, others need greater support and clarity, even if only at certain times.

When coachability is high, we work in pure coaching mode with exploratory tools and powerful questions. When it is lower, we introduce elements of mentoring or training to restore awareness and basic skills. The goal is always to guide towards autonomy, respecting individual timing and resources. Ellecubica has developed a coachability test using psychometric tools which is currently used exclusively by its team.
