Our Dynamic Coaching™ combines theory and practical experience. You do not just learn how to be a coach: you learn to be one, in every aspect. We train you to guide people in complex contexts, helping them rediscover themselves, grow and change. No one else in Italy teaches with this approach, created from the integration of traditional coaching, mentoring and training.

Our Master in Dynamic Coaching™ is recognised by AICP (Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti). This means your training path will be solid, structured and aligned with the highest standards.

Our Master’s programme complies with the specifications set by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) for obtaining an ICF credential. With these foundations, the certificate from our Master’s programme will take you wherever you want to go.

You will never be alone. From the first lesson through to after obtaining your diploma, you will have guidance. Supervised sessions, mentoring, advanced specialisations and practical tools to start working straight away. And if you wish, you can become part of our network of partner coaches, working with us in challenging and enriching contexts. It is a journey that does not end when your studies finish: it begins with you and continues with you.
