A clear method, with defined steps.

A first meeting to listen, understand the business context and jointly clarify objectives. It serves to build a shared vision and define priority areas of intervention, with an initial alignment between coach and coachee.

Through questionnaires and exploratory interviews, we analyse the competence profile and internal relational dynamics, to understand where to act and which levers to activate based on the role and development objectives. We measure coachability at 360° for a personalised definition of the coaching pathway and to monitor progress during and at the end of the pathway.

Starting from the analysis of coachability through our assessment, we develop a customised plan that integrates coaching, training and mentoring in different proportions. We define milestones, tools and progress indicators to ensure coherence and continuity throughout the pathway.
