Ellecubica’s dynamic team coaching was created precisely for these moments: to help the team pause, reflect, and restart with greater clarity and cohesion.

We create a structured pathway that works on the team as a single system: not on individuals, but on the dynamics that are activated between people. The coach observes, facilitates, and stimulates: helping the team communicate more effectively, manage conflicts, take shared responsibility, and direct energy towards concrete objectives. It can be useful in early stages (new or newly formed teams), during transition phases (leadership change, rapid growth), or in situations of deadlock.

Through a combination of coaching tools, practical exercises, and guided reflection moments, the team learns to recognise its own patterns, enhance internal resources, and collaborate more smoothly. We discuss needs, objectives, and the most suitable type of pathway. We measure coachability through 360° to define a personalised coaching journey and to monitor progress through and at the end of the pathway.

We identify the shared macro-area the group will work on (e.g. leadership, communication, change).

During the first meeting, we focus on profiling participants and defining the rules and objectives of the pathway.

We run in-person or online meetings, with exercises, debriefs, and reflective moments guided by the coach. If needed, a new developmental objective is defined.

Each pathway concludes with collective feedback and a final coachability measurement to verify impact.

The option to continue with individual coaching sessions is offered.
