Ellecubica’s Diversity & Inclusion coaching is a pathway designed for managers, HR professionals and corporate teams who want to make inclusion a concrete skill and an integral part of organisational culture. Through individual and team sessions, the coaching addresses real issues: unconscious bias, recurring stereotypes, exclusionary relational dynamics, non-inclusive language, and barriers to collaboration between people with different backgrounds, roles, ages, genders or origins.
