A clear method, with defined steps.

An initial listening and information-gathering phase, in which the executive’s role, responsibilities and strategic context are explored, jointly clarifying priority objectives and expectations.

With the support of self-assessment tools and focused dialogues, competencies, relational dynamics, mindset and areas for development are mapped, creating a clear picture of the starting point. We measure coachability at 360° for a personalised definition of the coaching pathway and to monitor progress during and at the end of the pathway.

A tailor-made pathway is defined that combines coaching, training and mentoring. Each phase is designed to support concrete evolution in leadership and relationships.
