Shadow coaching.

Shadow Coaching is a professional development pathway based on the direct observation of a person’s behaviour in their real work context. The coach participates as a “shadow”, in person or remotely, without intervening, while carefully observing communication, posture, emotional management, relational dynamics and the consistency between intentions and impact.

It is a highly personalised approach, designed for senior leaders or managers who wish to improve their leadership style in a concrete and refined way. Those with high levels of responsibility often receive little honest, unfiltered feedback: colleagues and collaborators tend to hold back, and organisational mechanisms do not always encourage transparent dialogue.

Our Shadow Coaching fills this gap: it offers a professional and neutral mirror, providing valuable insights into strengths, recurring behaviours and areas for improvement. Feedback is immediately applicable and focused on small, high-impact adjustments: one extra pause, a clearer tone, more active listening.
