The Life & Wellbeing Coaching desk was created precisely for this purpose: to offer people protected time and space to listen to themselves, restore order and regain balance. It is a service that can be activated within the organisation, where each employee can access, on a voluntary and confidential basis, individual coaching sessions with an experienced coach.

During the pathway, work is done on concrete themes related to quality of life and work: stress, motivation, declining energy, communication with colleagues and family members, and the search for balance between the many roles people carry. No diagnoses or pre-packaged solutions: through listening and the right questions, direction can be rediscovered.

For the company, it is a simple yet powerful gesture: showing genuine care for people’s wellbeing, creating a culture of trust and care, and contributing to a healthier and more human working environment.

A clear method, with defined steps.

The organisation makes a number of individually bookable sessions available, in person or remotely. The service is flexible and easily integrated into company life.

Each employee accesses the desk on a voluntary and confidential basis. Privacy is guaranteed, and session content remains confidential. We measure individual coachability for a personalised definition of the coaching pathway and to monitor progress during and at the end of the pathway.

Sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes in which the coach welcomes the expressed need, guides reflection and supports the person in activating resources and small, concrete changes.

The company receives an anonymous, aggregated report on overall trends, useful for understanding the most sensitive areas.

The coachee completes the final coachability questionnaire to directly experience their progress. The pathway can be reactivated.
