We chose to develop a truly inclusive dynamic corporate coaching approach, one that recognises and values differences in gender, age, culture, abilities, and background.

Our approach integrates coaching, training, and mentoring, and is based on the awareness that people do not change through imposition, but through understanding.

We use psychometric tools, personalised assessments, and tailored design to build concrete, measurable, and accessible pathways.

Our method serves the company, but above all the people who bring it to life, in their uniqueness and plurality.

Together with the client, we clearly define the objective of the intervention: which behaviours to change, which skills to develop, and which measurable results we want to achieve. This initial phase is essential to ensure alignment and concreteness from the very beginning.

We present the programme to the group and the company contact. We introduce the trainer or coach, clarify objectives and expectations, and launch the initial assessment phase with an online questionnaire addressed to participants. From here, the real journey begins.

Based on the data collected, we design content, timing, tools, and delivery methods. We create slides, select the most suitable trainers and coaches from our partner programme, and define the most appropriate intervention formats (in person, online, blended), with shared timelines and milestones.

Throughout the programme, we alternate training and coaching moments. Midway through the journey, we administer two questionnaires: one on satisfaction and one on learning. Where planned, we activate individual dynamic coaching sessions on request to further strengthen impact and concreteness of group sessions.

At the end, we collect data through a final assessment that evaluates progress, learning effectiveness, and achievement of the defined objectives. The programme closes only once impact has been verified together with the client. At the client’s discretion, in the case of group or team activities, we conclude with a personalised celebratory team-building experience.
