Obtaining an ICF credential means validating the quality of your coaching practice according to the highest international standards. The process, however, requires specific preparation: in-depth knowledge of the core competencies, the ability to deliver effective sessions, mastery of behavioural markers and confidence in facing the final exam.

Our mentoring programme supports you with a structured and qualified approach throughout this journey. You will work with Lucilla Rizzini, an accredited MCC coach, on real sessions, receive precise feedback aligned with ICF standards and develop that awareness of state and flow that distinguishes certified coaches. An intensive pathway designed to bring you to the level of competence required by the credential you are seeking.

You master ICF standards.

You gain a thorough understanding of the core competencies and behavioural markers required by ICF and receive precise feedback on presence, deep listening and the effectiveness of your questions.

You receive 10 hours of individual and group mentoring.

You work with a mentor holding an MCC ICF credential as required by the process, developing awareness and strengthening your coaching style.

You receive specific training on state and flow.

2 hours of asynchronous content on key topics that complete the theoretical preparation for the ICF exam.

You receive structured feedback on your recorded sessions.

Professional analysis of your performance in line with ICF evaluation criteria for session submission.

You develop clarity on the structure of effective sessions.

You refine your approach by understanding evaluation criteria and how to demonstrate competence during the theoretical exam.

Lucilla Rizzini

The mentoring pathway is led by Lucilla Rizzini, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by ICF, scientific director of the Master in Coaching and founder of Ellecubica

With over 30 years of experience in the world of work, Lucilla has held senior managerial roles, including Export Manager and Global Sales Director for Italian and multinational companies. Always interested in people development, she has combined business expertise with in-depth knowledge of intercultural communication and training.

Coaching entered her journey in 2013, as a natural evolution of her career and in response to the need to support individuals and teams more effectively through change. From there, a new professional chapter began. In 2017 she founded her consulting and training company, bringing coaching into organisations in a systemic and structured way.

In 2021 she obtained the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential issued by ICF, and in 2025 she took a further step by obtaining the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential.

The programme of the pathway.

10 hours of qualified mentoring

Individual and group sessions with an ICF-accredited coach mentor to develop competencies, receive structured feedback and grow as a professional according to the international standards required by the credential you are seeking.

2 hours of asynchronous training on state and flow

Specific training content on key topics for the coach: management of internal state, maintaining flow during sessions and comprehensive theoretical preparation for the ICF exam.

Feedback on recorded sessions

Professional analysis of your coaching performance with precise observations aligned with ICF core competencies, to refine your technique and prepare you effectively for the submission of the sessions required for the credential.
